This website is owned and operated by Mid Market TCG LLC. The terms "us", "we" and "our" used on this website are referring to Mid Market TCG LLC. By using our website, you agree to the terms henceforth. Wix stores is the e-commerce platform that we use to sell products to you. This website offers collectible trading cards and items associated with collectible trading cards. When you use our website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or of the legal age of majority in your state. You are responsible for reading product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. We have the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for any reason. Based on inventory availability, we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities. If you make a purchase and need to amend the order, please do so prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be amended. Our terms and policies may be updated at any time so please check periodically for any updates.
Refund Policy:
Due to the sensitive nature of the trading card industry, refunds will not be issued for any trading cards or any products containing trading cards sold by us. For all other products, please return it to us unopened and undamaged with its included accessories and original packaging within 7 days of the date you received the product. We may exchange it or offer a refund. A 5% fee may be charged to the buyer for eligible return orders and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping Policy:
We will ship items to valid addresses within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage and we do not ship internationally. USPS Ground Advantage shipping typically has expected delivery within 2-5 business days. Shipping costs may vary by order. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days unless stated otherwise. Mid Market TCG LLC is not responsible for any damage inflicted on products by the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing the correct address for us to ship your order to and we will ship to the address you provide. Should an event occur where we are responsible for a shipping error which causes a delay, we will take necessary measures to rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Carrier delays occur occasionally which is out of our control so be sure to stay updated on the tracking information for your order. Once the order is in the shipping carrier's possession, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. If you have any additional concerns with shipping, please contact us.
Pricing Policy:
We do our best to price our items fairly and competitively. Mid Market TCG LLC reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
